Fair Dealing
Each director, officer, and employee should endeavor to deal fairly with Marathon Oil’s customers, suppliers, competitors, and employees. No director, officer, or employee should take unfair advantage of anyone through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of facts, or any other unfair dealing practice.
Integrity means:
- Do not misrepresent or make false claims about Marathon Oil or our competitors.
- Comply with all applicable competition and antitrust laws.
- Do not make agreements that restrict competition, including agreements between competitors about pricing, terms of sale, or customer practices.
- Do not share information with competitors that could indirectly lead to coordinated action on bidding, pricing, or similar decisions.
